Spend an evening tasting fabulous food and wine with celebrity chef Patrick Wiese. Patrick has been a Chef and a culinary force for over 10 years, starting his career back in his home town Chicago he began training at the hospitality Institute of Chicago.

Patrick is perhaps best known for working along side Celebrity Chef Art smith, as personal Chef to Oprah Winfrey, and food stylist to Harpo Studio’s new website.

Now residing in Toronto, Patrick has received much acclaim for his culinary focus when he opened Fuzion as Executive Chef showing the people of Toronto his wonderfully, playful flair for bringing in the world to one plate.

He also was chef at and South Side restaurant in Forest hill- where his food was well noted for its unique flair and strong connection to taste, texture and presentation. His love and dedication to his craft and his desire to always push the envelope keeps him as a front runner in the culinary arena.

An upscale evening of food, wine, silent auctions and the main event, where up to 18 of Toronto’s finest and most eligible bachelors/bachelorettes and their extraordinary date packages will be auctioned off for charity.

The Eligible Inc. charity of choice is The Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness (CCAA). CCAA works tirelessly to raise awareness about the true cost neglect and abuse. Supporting and enriching the communities in which we live and operate is a fundamental part of the work that they do.
